I have D plan ,I am not sure if any body had a delivery yet, any photos?

I think I'd put the bed against the flat wall (opposite the window) and some sort of furniture unit for housing TV, stereo or whatever against the slanted wall.

Welcome palmtree, where is your apartment, I too have a D type and am waiting news of 1/4 notice to complete in AL HA***. I'd be interested to hear when you are due to complete and charges associated with handover.

Go-Team-Dolphin: Mine is in Al-Sarood,I was told by Nakheel that they will send me completetion notice on 10/4 and delivery within a month,but I have no idea of charges,but rest assured I do not expect them to be cheap!

Hi, I'm also new to the forum and await my D type in Al Msalli - anticipated completion notice 10 April. Have visited same in Jash Falqa last month, slight change to layout but nothing major i.e. internet alcove scraped and replaced by smaller store cupboard. Also position of door to 2nd bedroom changed. Overall nice apartment with lovely views. Thanks for the forum, great idea

We have designed and furnished many appts now on shoreline. We have the sizes, so if you need anything from curtains to crockery beds to sofas let me know.
