Palm shoreline : delivery and short term letting

hello,
I am new to this forum and I would like to thank whoever formed this forum,it is a great idea.

Does anybody know whether Al Sarood has been delivered?
if no, do you know when it is expected to be delivered?

Also, i wish to short let a 2 bedroom flat:
do you have experience to share with short letting companies?
I interview several of those but none of them convinced me for a reason or another.
- Edward & towers
- Better homes
- and other two that I checked 2 months ago and I do not remember the names in this moment.

it would be nice to share our short letting experience / information
