I am selling my Type C shorline apartment on the Palm Jumeriah. Its 2260 sq feet, 3 bedrooms and is on the 5th floor of the Al-Msalli building which is a beachside block on the right hand side as you go into the Palm. Currently a tenant is occupying the Apartment and is paying AED190,000 p.a. ( approximately £29,000 p.a.)

Price is AED2200/sq foot

The tenant in this unit has indicated that he will be renewing his lease for another year from Aug 13th 08 to Aug 13th 09

Yes I still have the shoreline apartment which is now on sale at Aed 5.5m net. Its been awhile since I put that ad in the Forum and prices on the Palm have shot up since then. They are still going up quite rapidly as everyone wants to live on this iconic Island. Let me know if interested.
