looking to rent 1st week jan 2009

hi. We are 4 adults and two children (age 5 and 7) and should be in dubai for on the first week jan. From my previous experience the kids are more comfortable in a apartment or villla. Would it be a good idea to rent out one for this period? Is there anything i should be specific about? (floor,views,pools, location etc) what would a fair price to pay for a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom unit for the week? Are there any owners renting them?
