Restaurant and Residencial in Portugal

Hi everybody,
I'm a new member and I still don't know how things work in this forum, but here it goes... I'm looking for someone willing to invest in the area of Guest Houses and Bar/Restaurants in the North-East of Portugal in ALMEIDA ( a small mideval village in the shape of a star ), about 14 Km. from the Spanish boarder ( Vilar Formoso ). It's a large building with 24 rooms ( all furnished and complete bathrooms, TV, air conditioning and telfone ), Bar and Restaurant for 90 seated. I want to retire and want to sell everything. Does anyone know anybody interested in this activity ?
