We have access to 2 off plan villas on the Silver Coast that are available at the 2006 pre off plan price of 38% below market value. This development of 60 villas sold out in 4 weeks - but 2 units have unexpectantly been returned to us for a quick sale.

These are contemporary detached villas of 235 sq metres complete with a private pool, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Unit 2 has a 50% larger plot size and great lagoon views

Unit 1 available at euros 295,000. The bank valuation on this is circa 380k!
Unit 2 available at euros 360,120. The bank valuation on this is circa 460k!
