Hi MP,

There seem to be as many agents handling this development as there are properties !.

Try:

Spanish Algarve Properties
Elite Algarve Properties Ltd.
Property-Abroad.com
Homes Overseas
Portugal Venture
Titan Properties

(The latter has an article on their site, dated 7th of July, announcing this development).

Curious.

Yes I have seen these as I have googled it before. if you re-read the Titan piece it is not to announce this development as such, more about all the work they are doing in the area and more likely marina village that i know is not sold out. Its also hard to see how they can announce it when I bought mine in Nov 07.

Specialists in the sale of discounted off-plan worldwide properties for investment purposes » IQ Property Investments Limited » Investment Opportunities

Above is the link to IQ that says its sold out, Its only 50 units and work is going ahead of schedule by the last two updates and pics i received.

Make of all that what you will ?

Hi MP

Yes I have, once when I purchased in Feb 08 and again in May when I found that the groundworks are underway... took lots of photos and video. Intend to go down there again probably in October and again over xmas.

As to whether it is sold out, I purcahsed through *** and they have no more allocation. However there is an on site office which was not open in May but will see in October whether they are still trying to sell. As to the multitude of agents selling this site, some of them are showing availability of the unit I have contracted for so not sure what conclusions you can draw from this?????

Have you not been to the site?

Hi Shw,

Its quite complicated actually, I get in my car, drive the 2 clicks to Fuseta (not forgetting my camera of course) have lunch and several beers. I then read my way thro the Mail or the Express and get ever so depressed by all the doom amd gloom going on in the UK. I have to have more beer at this stage to lift myself. Once tanked up, I head for the site, point the camera, click......Low and behold, all evidence is secure.
I then have to go back to the beach to run thro the photos taken and have a few more beers. If I manage to drive home thro those little narrow tunnels under the railway, I send them to your email address. (not the tunnels, the photos) All this will cost you a beer or two.
By charging beer instead of cash, it ensures my alcoholic status can be maintained constantly.
Also, as a suffer of SuperBockitis, my doctor put 6 beers a day on prescription for me and told me not to lift anything heavy, so I now limit lifting to 16 fluid ounces at a time. Its exhausting work in this hot weather but it pays.
Just give me the name of the site, where it is and I`ll be down there soon. Have a good day hic,hic

shw and lena

Yes I went to the site in March, it would be good if, as people went out we could email round pics that we take.

Lena if you could get some that would be great.

I will send you my email adrees via PM and you can email them to both of us. It is better that way than posting your email on the forum.

If you are both OK, with that let me know and I will send the address later.

Lena

Any other info you have on the area would be great, when we went we stayed in Tavira and only went to Fuseta for the site visit and a walk around. We loved the setting though.

Hopefully speak to you both soon.

Hi Manor Park, great news .......more beer, my beer bank will be overflowing before long!!

Are you both coming to live in Fuseta? I wonder or buying to let? it gets so full in the summer I cannot park there as many apartments are owned by wealthy Portuguese from Lisbon. The apartments are closed all year as they don`t rent out so accomodation is much sort after. I have my place on long term rental but I am informed its good for a 1000 a week for three months of the year if let...............so I go there on the HD (Harley Davidson) its easier to park !! and a real crowd puller.

There is quite a lot of renovation going on in Fuseta and has good future plans and, of course you can cop a boat there straight to the islands, now thats something different.Simple life out there with lots of beachfront and sand.

Fuseta is full of quaint old buildings with great architecture dating back years. I love the place, never any problems, great beaches, ugly girls and good restaurants for miles around.
It would be nice if they would close the campsite though and build on there as its prime land........now thats a place you wanna buy if ever it comes up for sale !

very private address info@opipt.com
