It would be difficult to sell houses in the international market without advertising them but no its not a sly ploy I am looking at this forum to see whats being said about Portugal.

I agree with your post and have bought off-plan in portugal recently. If you are involved in a new company, then try and point people in the direction of it and promote it. As I said lots of people do come here lookings for agent referals and it is a very good site for it.
