Default Depend what your looking for

It all depends on what your looking for and how much you have to spend. Algarve is what most know. But Portugal has lots more to offer. And to find bargain prices on good investments, look into these regions. An example, Northern Portugal, an area with little known tourisim, but yet a friend of mine bought a house for around 190 000€, 1 month is already reserved at 400€ a week, last year it had summer occupancy during around 8 weeks. Off season, the house is rented out to company exectives which come over for a couple of weeks at a time. The house is being rented out by a single german company which isnt even covering him commision. They have contracts with large german companies which pays them to arrange homes for their people. Now if your figures extend the million barrier, I can arrange for more exclusive buys of bulk sales property, such as from Banks selling at discount prices.
