Could some kind person please tell me how much currently would a developer pay in tax.

For example: If I build 2 properties and sell them for 200,000 euros each what would my tax bill be?

that depends of many things, like:

will the developer be a company or a single person?

if you going to sell for 200,000... what is the expected cost on the building process?

The profit tax for non residents in Portugal is around 25%, but if this is a company will not be applied as you can allways re-invest the profits...

I don't think I asked the correct question, tax on profits I know I will have to pay, not sure how much!

What I meant, I think, is:

Is there any VAT to pay, I think in Portugal it is called IVA. So, if I sell for 200,000 do I pay VAT/IVA and how much?
