Question Genuine recs please for furniture packages & mgement agencies on Silver Coast

Hi
I'm buying 2 off-plan 2-bed apartments which will be ready April 2009 in Sao Martinho and Sao Pedro for holiday lets. I would be very grateful to receive recommendations for furniture packages (or alternatives?) and for rental management companies from people with genuine experience of such in this area.

Hello!
«Furniture packages» is not usual to find in Portugal. Of course you can have your purpose satisfied going to some furniture shops where you can find everything at a good price, possibility of discounts if you buy evrything from the same place with delivery...

For example Moviflor is a medium quality shop where you can find almost everything, IKEA (if you like their style and quality) delivers also, then you have local portuguese furniture shops ...

It is not that hard and it´s more fun!! :-)

I really hope both of you find what you need!

Have a great time in Terras Lusitanas!

IKEA? That's great!
OR I might ship everything over from the UK. Apparently this could be a cost-effective solution.

Marilyn

Would be interested to know how much your shipping costs work out, on furniture assembly would you look to do this yourself or get someone over there to do it.

I have now got details on a couple of companies that do packs, Easy Furniture and Villapac. I will try to get some more info on these for comparison.

Question Furniture Company

Hi MP,

Didn't understand your post ".....I have posted the same for the algarve and the only reply I had was from a company asking my to reply to a yahoo email acount, yea right!....."

I was wondering if for having an yahoo account for a furniture company, that it means is not real ? Or we're not an honest company, or ?

Just because we don't post website company links that don't work when you click them, or any other similar things, that means is not a true company ?

Regards
Furniture Company

When you say 'the whole package' does this include the post-completion deep-clean? Window voiles? Letting? Management/maintenance?
