Hi,

If you would like access to the Hania Beach, Egypt - private forum the please start by introducing yourself and property here. Once the administrator and Hania Beach forum managers have verified your information you will recieve the Private forum password. In your introduction please provide at least the following details:
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Unit number
We will require this information to verify your purchase. Once you have done this, your introduction will be moved to the private forum. If you are concerned about posting any of this information then please send me a PM with the relevant details.

Red face Hania Beach
Hi, i have just paid 2,000 deposit on an apartment at Hania Beach and would love to hear from anyone else who has done so. Also, i have been sent a letter from a solicitor (Anthony Sneddon & Co) asking for 1250 up-front is this normal and is anyone actually using this firm and if not why and any advice on who to use would be appreciated..
