Property in Montenegro Located on the South Eastern section of Europe, Montenegro is a country which offers an Adriatic coastline to the south and borders Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia. Property in Montenegro presents some exciting investment potential as Montenegro declared its independence in June 2006 and soon after became a member state of the UN and now seems on course to join the EU. Economic growth and growth in tourism are also reasons to evaluate the potential for property in Montenegro.

There is only one way for Serbia to go in war with Albania, and that is only if America say GO !!! And that will happen NEVER !!! But in that case war will be finished in few months. Montenegro will not go in war no mater what, and the chances of war is 1:1.000.000. And so there is no threats for Montenegro real estate and any market. If you don't believe me ask some of big European real estate companies, they put Montenegro in top 10 real estate markets in Europe, with full coverage of political and economic reports.

Hi Valnet;

Montenegro market is inflated. Can you buy a 1 bedroom flat for 70k Euros?

Thats where the real price is; otherwise, it is a bubble

Default flats in Montenegro

Hi ady1231,

It is possible to buy apartment for that amount in Montenegro, but more likely in Herceg Novi, Bar i Ulcinj.

For apartment in Herceg Novi, it can be found for 1700-1800 E/m2 same as in Bar.Ulcinj is even cheaper, but not of same attraction IMO.

Budva is high over that, from 2500 Euro/m2 , Petrovac approximately 3500, Kotor like Budva.

Despite prices, we still sell, mainly because of rich Russians. It still good time to come and invest in building apartments, because material, labor and other stuff are much smaller in amount than selling price.
