Here is an analytical tool (an attachment) I have been using (and modifying) for about three years. Not as fancy as some, and it's best used if you can manipulate cells and formulae in Excel, but I hope members will find it useful.

Property tools are genius. I think that was one of the most effective link bait for some on-line marketers. Personally, it is a useful tools for everyone.

I think there excel attachments still did not get online?
But here are some excel sheets that are good if you are looking at Property profitability and analysis.

Sorry to let you down about the property deal evaluator spreadsheet. Just so that you all know what it is, I have attached it as a Word document, though it won't calculate the fields. If the attachments can be modified to accept .xls format documents, I will upload it for all to use.

I'm looking or a decent analysis programme/software that will encompass everything ROI projections up to 25 years, rental, cash flow etc etc, currency converter, decent graphics, charts etc sales presentation tools, has facility to include inflation, profit & loss etc.
Basically an all round bit of kit to use in conjunction with property investment, currently use Excel, but is very time consuming. Adjusting all variables etc, even if it is a web based facility is fine but need to keep the price down, best I have found is by a company called cougar but this is expensive. Anyone know of a really good application? That is available? Cheap-ish

I have seen two products that probably do what you want them to do, but specifically for residential investment property only.

They are available as part of an education package either from Parmdeep Vadesha (Vadesha Properties - property marketing millionaire system) or Ranjan Bhattacharya (Build Your Property Empire)

Google them and then ask your specific question on their websites / forums
