Victor are you using Dean's methods? How long did it take you to become a millionaire? It is hard to know who has the best teaching product out there these days because there are so many gurus.

My partners and I always find that exit strategies are the most difficult piece of the puzzle. We have been able to get the homeowner to let us have an option on their home, yet finding a buyer who is really able to buy is not always easy. We have even offered JV relationships with other investors who may have a buyer and still our inventory is growing faster than buyers are buying. I am confident that this will change in the very near future, but still... it is a problem that many investors face.
