Don't forget that the Russian army is in there, and the country has territorial disputes and frozen wars. But the critical variable is the size of the population, it has only a little more than 3 million people. Are you really telling me that it will sustain property growth on this basis? Just look at affordability ratio and you will realise that it has gone overboard by speculator buying. It will not be able to increase too long.

I just want to say that noone was even thinking about Romania getting in the EU in 2003-2004. Only smart people did.
Same stuff is in Moldova right now.

I am ready to bet with anyone, that maximum in 2015 Moldova will be in the EU.
