Default Castles, Woodland For Sale In Romania

We are a specialized firm in evaluation and selling of forests that are located in different parts of Romania. We do have a database with available forests for sale and know several castles for sale as well. The castles are located mainly in Transylvania region. We are in business relationship with such property owners. We are very well informed about oportunities available and we can make it easy for you to purchase land or any kind of real estate for reasonable and real prices.

We can surely help you find good investment oportunities if you let us know your intentions. What kind of land or wood land you are intersted in? Agricultural, development, or industrial... or if you want a castle with renovating potential let us know.

If you are intersted don't hesitate to contact us.

Yours sincerely,

I would be interested to see what castles you have for sale. Frankly I'm pretty sceptical of that claim (please don't post a link to a picture of Bran castle!)

Exclamation Ones to avoid

Watch out if anyone tries to sell you one of these castles in Romania - they're not for sale! The bread looks good though.

I thought Draculas castle was for sale for about 17 million but the problem was no one was sure if it was his castle or not, or was it 2.3 million.....

OK - you've got me there - fair point. I think the local authority did look at selling it but there was a lot of fuss and it was pulled. You're right that the castle has little to do with Vlad Tepes (never mind Dracula - a figment of Bram Stoker's imagination).

Local authorities don't move a finger if there is nothing to gain for their private interests. As it is with the Brasov airport, the castle was a very interesting scheme to put the prices up in Bran area and to make Brasov town make several credits to a Swiss bank in order to buy the castle from the owners. To be honest, I think the local authorities had personal gains to make out of this deal, probably that bank would have given them something for their trouble. The owners turned out to be fake owners, according to the Governmental commssion that investigated the case!
As well, the Brasov airport seems a fata morgana to me, probably they will start building it, probably the highway that is being built faster and without this media hassle will make the airport project uninteresting. In the mean while guess what, the authorities will sign contracts with a few banks and the town will pay the debts in 30 years. Very nice!
