How much would you willing to pay to be first line on a golf course in Romania.

For a 1 bedroom property
For a 2 bed
For a villa

Need to be more than a golf course. I believe there are 3 in Romania and the locals do not have the western desire for the game, plus the seasonal aspect does not leave much for winter playing

Why would I want to live next to a golf course anyway? I don
t get the overall fascination as well as the constant plugs golf course properties get. Not every investor is interested in golf.

So, to answer your question, personally I'd pay $0. Give me the beach any day. :-)

As a keen golfer, becoming increasingly impatient about all the "proposed" golf course developments in Romania, I would be keen to purchase such a property. However, I have some questions:
- where will the course be located?
- will the properties be located around the golf course?
- will membership be included in the purchase price?
- will there be additional monthly fees?
- what other facilities will be provided? If any?
- is the golf course/property located close to an airport with connections to Ireland/UK?
- will the developer promote the golf course on the international golf travel circuit?

Although there are factors to consider, I would be interested to purchase such a property, and to roughly your question:
- 100,000 euro one bedroom
- 120,000 euro two bedroom
- 190,000 euro vila

If you are planning such a development I would be very keen to learn more.
