There are a mixture of properties including apartments (with sea views), Bungalows and Villas, with pre-release prices starting at just around 75,000€ for a sea view apartment, with the following payment structure:

- 3000€ reservation
****- *35% at contract
****- *20% at second stage payment **
*****- *20% at third stage payment
****- *25% on completion

This is a pre-release opportunity pending final due diligence checks. The final license has been granted but the project will not be released into the general market place until all due diligence is finalised. Reservations can be fully refunadable pending due diligence reports.

We are confident that this will be a benchmark project for Brazil for 2008.
