For the person looking for a holiday home and an income without the management problems due to distance, we offer aparthotel apartments, that are fully managed in a rental pool system. The managing company pay all costs, condominium charges, local taxes and utility bills etc and divide the revenue between those in the rental pool.

In Ponta Negra we have several one and 2 bedroomed apartments from 160.000 - 260.000 R$ with rental returns net between 5- 7% per annum. Rights to use the apartments are usually around 4 weeks per year.
