Why buy in Pipa in Rio Grande do Norte

The attached photos of a beach in Pipa called Baia dos Golfinhos (Dolphin Bay) which is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the town centre along the beach. This is where dolphins come to feed every day at low tide as they can herd the fish in close to the shore.

This beach and the cliff above can never be developed nor is there access from the road above, the only access is from the town beach or the beach to the north along the beach and only at low tide.
