Master Harvey,

I am an investor, not a speculator or a gambler, nor a Spanish property dealer (who are anything but busy ) which is why I don't need to work. This development - which so far is nothing more than a proposal on paper - is not making money for those with cojones to invest, it is actually costing them the interest their money could have been earning on deposit. Have you bought ?. What safeguards do you have that if this ever gets planning permission, that all the promised amenities will be provided ?. I'm willing to bet your sales contract makes no mention of them. For the sake of all those who have put hard earned money into this, I hope that it does prove a success, unlikely as that may be. Assuming buying costs of @ 10 %, loss of interest over say, three years, @ 6.5 % p.a. plus selling costs, you will need an uplift of more than 30% just to break even.

Still think this is a no brainer ?.

When you have actually realised your 'investment' please come back on here with the figures, and I will willingly eat humble pie.

Default Yawn...

As a longtime investor in many asset classes, but primarily shares, I am wearily familiar with people like you Lysos, we call you "derampers"... always try to sound so knowledgable and soooo generously concerned for the welfare of others!! Doesn't matter how you spin it, you are just a bitter party pooper who has probably had one too many disappointments with your speculating, sorry "investing". Land investment is a game for the patient but in this case it has already proved highly rewarding. When the paper profit is turned into cold, hard cash, I am sure you will be long gone, too busy deramping on another board. What a tragic waste of time, still it's yours to lose I suppose.

To be honest, I have just come back to review the comments in this section. I do find it difficult to understand the comments of law, they do not seem to be written in clear and concise english.

Please at all times keep your comments understandable.
