Following a very successful end to our initial presentations to the town Hall I am preparing an up date to send out to all our investors shortly.

We have made some improvements to our concept plan that we are now working on with the allocated project team in the Town Hall. When the parameters have been agreed I will up date all our investors accordingly. The new concept integrates more of the zones together, the vineyards and golf with the villa plots, The botanical gardens with the golf etc, thus giving a more aesthetically pleasing concept over all. Also we have demonstrated a healthy improvement to the economical position to the local area which has leveraged the full support of the Mayor.

Is there a picture or something, an overview for people to see. The concept is sound, dealing with the town halls, is a nightmare (politics), is there a big picture of the site and the refinements you are making.

How much of this depends on the Mayor, and how much depends on the regional authorities to pass the project?

Default offer the payment .

On a not so positive note, over the past 5 months we have seen the € become very strong against the £ and our analysts in foreign currency exchange give a view that this will be the trend for some months to come.

Surely, people want realistic notes !.

For example, the fall in the UK stockmarket & the drop in the exchange rate of the pound to the euro has meant a drop in the paper value of my investments over the last 6 months of 20%. I 'm sure I'm not an isolated case !.

If your investments are in euros then surely the opposite is the case! You would get more pounds for your euros if you cashed them in!!

Michael,

Please re-read my post. My investments are in the UK stockmarket i.e. in sterling. The market is down 10%. If I sell my holdings I get sterling; still with me ?. If I want to buy property in Spain (or anywhere in the Eurozone) I need euros; so, I have to exchange my sterling for euros (last summer the exchange rate was @ 1.45 to the pound, now it is 1.30); the pound is down @ 10% against the euro. Now, do you get it ?.
