Hi Law,

I can assure you that I am not. I am new to property abroad and to this forum. If you look at all my posts starting from my very first, you can see the trend, as i learn more and more about property abroad. I started off knowing nothing and began asking all the stupid questions, now i see myself giving advise to newbies. So, i do not think any anyone with a right mind would waste this much time playing games posing as someone esle.

Im just pasionate about my investments, and want to share it with others.

Cheers,
AI

Hi AndyK2. Please can you let me know the details as well for this project. I see from your membership that you promote for Property Showrooms. I was advised by my agent that you offered Jardin de Los Reyes whilst they dont. The lady said you worked as partners with them and that she would try and get details from you for it but as yet I have not had anything from her. I know she has been busy.

Default Opportunity to buy below current asking price.

I have bought several plots because I think this is going to be an amazing development. However, I might be tempted to part with one of them in order to make a quick buck. Asking price of 75k Euros, which is less than the current official asking price (80k). Let me know by replying to this with an email address or phone no.

Hi Harveyd,

Smart Move. If I had enough cash I would of bought a few more as well. I would be very interested to know on how many plots you purchased and your plans for each ?

Default Ai ...

Hi AI, I bought 5 plots with a view to both long and short-term gains. The pricing structure is too good to pass up, especially with a big jump to 105k in just a few weeks. Definitely want to keep at least one for some *very* longterm enjoyment!

I'm also considering a similar land purchase deal in a proposed new Argentinian country club, called Silver Tree, just outside Buenos Aires.
