Hi,

First post, and my position is that I have invested in this project.

Spoke to the developer today- the website is undergoing an update because sales have passed the 80k price window and further plots will soon be readvertised at 105k. A newsletter is expected soon updating full progress.

Work is progressing in conjunction with the town hall and water/enviro reports are being finalised. A presentation to the local town will be made around September. Progress is 'on schedule'.

The consolidation of the title deeds is nearly complete, but has been delayed because after examination, the land purchased is actually much larger than first thought. However, there are some minor design tweaks and the number of dwellings is to be reduced to make it even lower density to below 5,000 rather than the 5,500 first envisaged.

Other touchy-feely work is going on behind the scenes, such as lanscaping/golf course development and some big-name designer is involved with layout plans but I cant remember names etc and its probably best not to pre-empt too much before an official announcement can be made.

I hope this helps.

Time will tell whether it turns out to be a flagship project or not.

Default Jardin de los Reyes - The Developer

I am delighted that JDLR is creating so much interest and excitement from potential clients, existing clients and estate agents alike. I can confirm that all is going to plan and as a Director of the project I would be very happy to take legitimate calls on any of the phone numbers detailed below.

As a company we do take very seriously allegations without any substantiated proof or evidence.

Regards

Mr Segal, you are based in Costa Del Sol is that not correct?
And the project is in the inland region of the Costa Blanca is that correct?
Why other than the land price being cheaper have you constructed your development outside your local market?

Also what do you mean by this comment

As a company we do take very seriously allegations without any substantiated proof or evidence.

What does that implie? ie. If people post on public forums what they think or feel about the project. What action will you take. Please broadcast what you mean by the above STATEMENT.

Question I feel......

Mr.GG......

Do you have information seriously and real bad about this project? ? ? ? If not, why you often questioned? ? If you had bad information, why not write? ? ? Secretariat and impart information and honesty with others and with restraint is essential and values not only appreciate the good ....... It is a project similar to other projects, and we share in this forumto seize and capitalize .... It is not for the review and publicity.

Thumbs up I suggest......

to all...

I hope the participants in this subject truthfulness and accuracy ...... They are perhaps influenced the decision to invest or not ...... We ask investors in the project of writing all the information and the problems they face, so that for all ...... I suggested forming a consortium of investors in this project ......
