Default Asking Simple Questions

The simple questions to this project are

1. Why are people investing here?
2. Does it have the licences to build?
3. No resentment, no disservice to the people involved.

Answer 1 can be 2 or 3 lines.
Answer 2 is a straight YES or No.

We all have opinions. I did not understand why people were putting their money in. For the price of a plot here, what ever it was I think I could of got them a building plot 10 times the size for about half the price. If people want to invest in this, maybe they would be interested in investing with me. For less money and more product. Any one interested?

Dear GG......

People buy there because there is a project to develop the full, there is an opportunity to invest if there was a license to the building, there would not be much opportunity and profit ....... Yes can sell plot and a price less, but not integrated project and a large project like JDLR as the planing.
that is my opinion not for buy or sale......

regard,,,,,,,,

Hi Tina,

Is your statement about the train and gas pipe facts or are you guessing???

If so this definately is NOT GOOD NEWS!!!

Also the plot runs border line with a national park which may lead to restrictions aswell!

See ya D

And already 280 have already been sold within a few months!

Thoughts again, I am getting very weiry/nervous now.
There is no way these plots will have planning mid next year if ever.

In other previous posts you are talking about the project refused because of the water problem and now You are talking about another problem such as gas lines and train ......????? I do not believe it is not serious ..... The objectives propaganda perhaps ......

Why does not apply to Torregrande project in the same area.......... I have a sense that you promote this (Torregrande) through the appeal, questioning the JLDR project..........

Good genuine thread. I would like to thank all participants on this thread as it is genuine, it would be good if Australian investor or someone close to the topic can summarise and start a new thread.

Hello Law,

Just to give an update.

Approximately 420 x 900m2 plots have been sold and approximately 80 x 900m2 available for 105,000 Euros. Prices are getting expensive so they have decided to sell the remaining available plots for 60, 000 Euros. But these plots are only 500m2 in size. So this equates to 120 Euros per m2. Now who ever purchased the plots at the early stages have benefited because if you do the math, 120 Euros x 900m2 = 108,000 euros.

So I guess sales are still going well and things are looking positive. Below is a news letter all investors should of received:-

"We are pleased to inform you of the progress we have been making with the Town Hall and
all the technical specialists involved in the project. We now have all the independent reports
completed and the results of these are far better than we first calculated.
As we promised, we have had informal discussions with the relevant Councillors in the
Town Hall and in particular with the Independent Party in coalition with the PP (Partido
Popular) who are currently governing after the elections. This was by way of an informal
presentation leading up to the Official Master Presentation after the summer holiday period.
One of the specialists involved in our project is the Professor of Sociology, Isabel
Colmenar from the Albacete University. The sociological study is a very important report as
it analyses the demand for such a project and the demographic growth of Almansa.
We are also pleased to confirm that all the environmental impact studies have been
completed as well as the topographical plans and detailed aerial photography which has
allowed us to create a 3 dimensional computer model for the golf course designers,
landscape architects and other specialists involved in the design stage. For the Master
Presentation this 3D model will also be complemented by a 150 square foot model which
will then be used for ongoing sales and marketing.
The golf course designer has been on the land this week, walking the site in order to
complete his design to allow it’s implementation into the definitive Master Plan.
We are happy to confirm that we have signed contracts with the prestigious company
Viteware which will organise and host the big event. This company is very experienced in
organising such events for multinational corporations throughout the world. The Official
Master Presentation will be an event like no other held in Spain for a project of this type
and we will be contacting you after the holiday period in order to welcome you to this event
should you wish to visit.
In the meantime, we have defined a list of people who we will be interviewing personally in
order to collect their final opinions to allow us to put the finishing touches to the
Presentation. These people are public Councillors, politicians as well as cultural
departments and different relevant associations and we expect these to be between 60 and
100 people in total. This will be carried out during the forthcoming months.
It is almost impossible, in a short newsletter, to portray the depth of work and progress that
has been made with our unique project and therefore we look forward to informing you in
full at the grand Presentation.
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the summer holiday period and look forward to
meeting you soon.
Best regards,"

This is all i am going to post at this point as i feel like there is going to be a heated debate over this again. Patience is a virtue and only time will tell on the outcome........
