Many thanks.
I'm from Alcoceber. It's a Small town in Castellon(Valencia). It is a very nice place, we have mountains and sea at the same time.
Near to us, just at 20Km are building a new airport, and The english people are buying a lot over here. You can find apartments from 100.000€, and luxury villas as well, so, we have many differents options

Default Hello

Hi My name is Sarah.
I am moving to spain in January (apparently ) Have been offered a school place for my daughter but still undecided on somewhere to live.
My situation will be 30 years old, with 2 kids, husband works offshore so will spend a fair bit of time myself so want to make friends in spain and keep busy.
I am looking at Playa Flamenca/Zenia/Los Altos.
Anyone who has any opinions info or anything they can help me with, I would be ever so grateful as right now my head is spinning 100 miles an hour.
Exciting tho

Sarah

Default Introducing myself

Hi Darren,

I found this forum whilst browsing a search engine yesterday and have found some very interesting posts. My name is Laurie, I am a partner in ip spain and have been marketing Spanish off plan property to investor buyers for several years now. We are not an Estate Agent but primarily property investors ourselves buying into projects alongside our clients.

I live and very happily work in Javea and if I can answer any questions with regards to buying off plan property then I will be pleased to help where I can.

We have recently up dated our own guide to buying property here in Spain and would be pleased to offer this to anyone interested in reading it.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.
