The reason Parador were the same price is because to be an official agent of Polaris World you have to agree to sell their properties at the price given. I feel this is a fantastic way of working and should stop agents trying to out do each other. If any agent does offer you a discount or cashback then they are breaking their agreement.

Regards,

Neil

The rental yields seem low on the 3 bed villas on Condado De Alhama, starting from£450,000 for a second line golf villa.

End users (ie renters) will pay me more rent and year round on my villa in Saidia Morocco, yet the villa cost was £170000! You get an ONSITE 7KM beach, the largest marina in the Med (70% complete), on site large western hospital, 500 shops (compared to a handfull on a Polaris World development), Olympic standard sports facilities (would take you a month to visit each facility in the one development), 2 Carrefour supermarkets, 11 ONSITE 5* HOTELS - giving you a massive FREE marketing prescence.

Im looking for another investment and am drawn to PW, but the yields are just so low that even the cost of capital will barely be covered. Hmmmmmmmmm

Before you say it, Morocco is'nt Spain, however I very much doubt my rent payers will make this distinction when it comes to seeing these Moroccan mega developments in a holiday brochure - they will simply see, on golf ON BEACH, with massive marina and oodles more facilities.

What leisure facilities are on the site with the appartments 100m from the beach?

Are there hotels on site to feed future rentals
