Can you tell me what type of property you are looking for, i.e. apartment/villa/townhouse? Also, do you have a set budget or are you looking to find out what you can expect to pay in Benidorm?

hiya thanks for the reply we are looking for a apartment 2 bed 3 if possible furnished. we are looking to spend up to up 2 700 euros a month less if possible. we are looking to go over at the end of may around the 27th.

That´s a steep price you´re willing to pay I think! I´ve looked on the web site, idealista, a Spanish property portal and prices don´t even reach that much. Have a look on the web site and this way you can get in contact with people looking to rent out their properties and agents. Let me know if that is what you are looking for.

Up 2 ......700 euros a month. Which is a fair rent.
