Polaris have commited the cardinal sin,they have devalued their product,you can buy any of the 2 bed apartments on Hacienda Riquelme for 30% off even without a haggle.
So the average apartment on there has gone from 190ish to 130 ish.
Doesn't this destroy the off plan ethos.
Why buy on codado for 120 and wait to see if it will be built when you can buy one now on a golf course that is about to open for about the same price.
I think by the time they open some of the developments investors would have actually made a loss.
Either that or Polaris will have gone out of business by then...........

From my experience, anyone with a website punting Polaris World (certainly a year or two ago anyway) would claim to be a gold partner.
