Default We need a reputable, recommended estate agent

Hi

We have an off plan property to sell in Estepona and would like to use a recommended estate agent who we can trust. The company we were dealing with are not reliable. I am making a trip out there shortly and want to set up meetings beforehand to discuss our options. If you have used a company to buy or sell through and have received excellent customer service please can you reply privately,

Thanks

Sue

Try to sell privately, avoid fees. It is buyers market.

Hi, Thanks for the advice we may well do that. the development has good prospects we feel , and ours has a good view so we are in a better position than some. bank guarantees are also in place which helps.

regards

Sue

Yes, been looking at the market and went out for a trip to see how things were in April and the construction industry is taking a hammering along with estate agents etc.

Hi, i thought they would be falling over themselves to try to sell properties !. What are you selling, is it offplan like ours ?.And why would you lose your deposit ? it doesnt make any sense at all. Have the prices fallen so much that you would lose your deposit ?. If you havent completed on it, can you afford to and keep it to let out ?. I dont have any experience of that area as we have invested in the Costa del sol .
