Almeria is very fashionable with the Spanish - the Spanisg Prime Minister and some of his other ministers have bought near Vera Playa....some say that is the reason the AVE will stop at Vera!!!

Lots of high class development planned for this area including new marinas for large boats and I suspect in the years to come it may compete with CDS which is now very busy.....so now is a good tmie to get in....credit crunch and all!!
