Default Long Term Rental Required - Costa Del Sol

I will be moving to the Costa Del Sol in mid July and need to find a property to rent. I will be moving with my Mother and 2 very well behaved adult dogs.

I need:

2-3 bedrooms
Some private outdoor space (garden or terrace)
Furnished
In or near an ex-pat community
Internet access, or the possibility of installation

We can be very flexible on location - ideally it would be within 45 minutes of Malaga Airport and the beach and within 15 minutes of a reasonably sized village, town or city.

We can afford to pay up to 750 euros per month.

Looking forward to hearing from you - either private landlords or agents with appropriate properties.

Thanks!

Hi Scott

I can highly recommend Numero Uno Estates. They are based in La Cala de Mijas but cover a vast area of the Costa Del Sol. I used this company when I moved over to rent my property through. They are both professional and very helpful.

The best person to speak to, is Alex and he can be contacted at alex@numerounoestates.com or on 0034 952 587 726

Good luck

Lisa
