Hi,

Is it true that there is some sort of tax to be paid if you capital raise by way of a re-mortgage?

There are still plenty of equity release products available but it depends on the owners personal situation.
How much would they like to release, any existing mortgage, credit status etc etc.

I broker mortgages in Spain so feel free to contact me via pm if you like.
