Long Term Rental required - within 30 mins of Barcelona

I will be moving to Catalunya (was going to be Costa Del Sol but changed my mind!!!) in mid July and need to find a property to rent. I will be moving with my Mother and 2 very well behaved adult dogs.

I need:

2-3 bedrooms
Some private outdoor space (garden or terrace)
Furnished
In or near an ex-pat community
Internet access, or the possibility of installation

We can be very flexible on location - other than that we would like to have easy access to Barcelona and a beach of some kind.

We can afford to pay up to 750 euros per month.

Looking forward to hearing from you - either private landlords or agents with appropriate properties.
