Default "Property buyers & vendors beware"

Hey Guys,
In this weeks Euro weekly news there is a whole middle spread with a public announcement signed by a number of the members of the IN Network to warn buyers and vendors of the questionable ethical marketing of VIVA?s new marketing campaign. Whatever your feelings about VIVA?s new strategy, the company that has its name signed in the first place of the announcement should maybe have a look at their own ethical behaviour before starting to criticize others. How about selling off plans with all the promises to resell before completion only to completely ignore you when that time comes, not even have the courtesy to tell you to your face that they no longer want to know. Great place to invest, fantastic returns, buy two and make a killing , we will look after you etc Some people have lost a lot of money being taken in with these kind of tactics. Where are the ethics then? The message would be don?t start criticizing others, pretending to be something you are not, before putting your own house in order. Mud sticks!
Thank you very much
