Default Capital gains tax
Hey,
We have an offer on our apartment but need to know if the current %rate has been reduced on the capital gains rule. Our Spanish lawyer said a reduction from 35% to 18% was being proposed. We are waiting for information as to if and when.

Hello Chandler,
The change to the legislation required to equalize CGT for residents and non-residents hasn't even been before parliament yet so nobody knows for sure if/when/how much.
