Default Advice please

Hi can anyone help with this one please, we have just found out that our lawyer has got our money back after executing the bank guarantee which is fantastic. What we need to know is should he have asked for the legal interest from the bank or is that from the developer.

Thanks Maureen

Without knowing more details, I'd say your lawyer has done just well to get the money back (assuming you haven't been waiting for years).
What went wrong with your original purchase if I may be bold enought to ask?
