Thailand is booming and still cheap for Condos beach close

If anyone is interested I think Thailand is still very affordable and has long term prospects. I own 2 condos there and wish I had bought 3 more when prices were down.... it has doubled but is still a bargain. And I a certainly still looking. Jom Tien beach near Pattya is a good investment as the tourist flock there each year and even in the low season there are tourist looking to rent for a week or 2 or more. Let me know if you want me to hook you up with an agent....There are deals in a lot of parts of Thailand and I have been to most places....Krab, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Rai lay, ....well way too many to list....but I think for rental minded investor this place will always be popping....and guys, its a whole lot of fun!
