I know this sounds very corny but it is a great offer and I'm gonna share it with all. I don't usually plug products on here but this one is a little gem...and yes, I am the agent but seeing as we are all supposed to be investors here I hope you won't object to me sharing an offer with my colleagues....and any advise on specialist areas to advertise this offer to other investors would be much appreciated.

My agency has sole agency on 4 villas, under construction in their own little walled and landscaped garden in Altinkum's countryside, with a large communal pool and sea views. I'm not gonna sell the area as this is not the correct audience for that...but they are very desirable - although the equity is more likely to be of greater interest!

They're on the market at the moment, pre completion for 77,000 GBP (approx 115,500 Euros). Once completed, sale price goes up to 88,000 GBP (approx 132,000 Euros). We are offering all four villas, at this stage of build (first floor stage) for 264,000 GBP (even that's negotiable with the builder). The offer is open to an individual buyer or a syndicate.

Anyhow, enough goings on. Please drop me a line if either you're interested in more details or if you know of an outlet for me to advertise such a deal. I have got an advert on Investor Matchmaker but any other ideas would be much appreciated.

Don't take me literally please - there's no such thing as a "free villa" ! It was said tongue in cheek.....meaning all four villas are available for the same total price (discounted) as if three different buyers were to buy three of the villas individually- phew!

interesting offer - we have had some groups or individual investors looking at this sort of proposition but we are based in Colakli, Side, Manavgat. Nearest airport AYT antalya. Sunny Days - can I just ask, if someone buys four for the price of three at this stage, won't that be £231,000 (ie 3 x £77,000), and not £264,000?

The completed sale price per property is 88,000 GBP - hence we get the "sales spin' "buy 3 get one free". It's just a catchy gimmick, there's no such thing as a free property in reality. Of course, it feels "free" to a bulk buyer or a syndicate because it's cheaper than they can acquire the products upon completion.

The total price for 4 villas (because you do have to buy the fourth one) is 264,000 GBP ie as a group of 4 each villa is available for 66,000 GBP. IT's bulk buying gets bigger discounts. Bulk buying, at an early stage costs 264,000 GBP. Individuals buying, at the stage of completion totals to 352,000 GBP hence buying 4 villas this summer is the same total price as four individuals buying the villas at completion stage.

If an individual buyer wanted to buy one villa pre completion the price is 77,000 GBP. AS soon as the properties are completed, if a villa remains for sale, the price will rise to 88,000 GBP.
