The cost..It is not high as you imagine..Although it depends on the project, a 3 bedroom triplex with a pool, a large garden, big terrace on roof costs approximately £80.000+ the land which is beginning from £10.000-30.000.
The one you see as attached which we built for one of our clients costed £100.000 including everything.

You do not pay in total, we arrange a payment schedule according to your budget so you pay by installements which does not make you stressed!
Also we have agreements with the banks for Mortgages so we can arrange another ways for payments.

Hi Medsea,

We are a construction company in Altinkum/Didim designing villa projects for our clients.We do this upon to their requirements so the land can be chosen by them.This villa -above- sales price includes the land but the clients can change the location upon to their wills like a town centre, a village life, in a forest by a beach, etc..
We generally show all the available lands in different locations and after the land is chosen, we do the amendments on the project upon to the land and the requirements of our client and give them a print out with a real picture of the completed villa.
