hi
i thing the price is expensive i have a apartment for sell it is in one off the best area in fethiye - çalış it is a dublex apart with 3 bed 55sqm pool shared and 106 sqm full infurniture price is 65k i have here a hotel wich you can stay for free

Hi I am an estate agent in Kalkan about 80km from Fethiye. The property you describe buying off plan is rather overpriced for that area, should be around £55,000 but not a nice area very overbuilt. Hope this helps
