Question Fethyie - question

Dear all,
I'm looking to invest in Turkey real estate, so I'm trying to learn more about the market conditions.
Could please anyone advice me on the following:
Fethyie (Chalysh) 1+1 (salon+1 bedroom) - pre-building stage
45 sq/m = $65k
is the price reasonable? is it safe to purchase pre-built property? what'd be approximate rental income (what do those units usually go for?)
Could anyone recommend any local real-estate agents' sites?
Thank you very much for attention.

Default Investment

Hi,
To give an advise we have to see place of the apartment, as you know prices can change from place to place, but i can only tell that this price 65.000$ for 45sq/m area is expensive...
You can find 2+1 apartments with a good quality in Alanya, Side area with this prices...

HI,

What i would suggest for you, is to make a list of around 5 to things that are essential in your purchase and get maybe 3 comparisons and whatever you feel is best and ticks the most boxes i would go for. I would also rate those essential things out of ten and score them. Such things as locations, price, distance from beach, bedrooms, area. And whatever else you are looking for. i can give you a few comparables if you wish as we have properties in that area of Turkey. I hope your search is successful. I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,

Ryan Blanche

I am living in Ortaca, about 50 km from Fethiye away. The Lycian coast is more expensive than Antalya or Side because it is a very special area and not to compare with Antalya area - if you look at the prices in Dalyan and the area until Göcek (VIP place where lots of artists arrive with their yachts , also the Royal Family for holidays), it is a different world. Quality customers, no cheap charter tourism, that is the reason why the prices are more expensive in Fethiye until Dalyan.

Default amazing Fethiye

Hi everyone,
Fethiye area is a unique, virgin area in every way. It is not commercialised as some of the other major holiday destinations like Antalya. It has one of the cleanest waters, and it is full of pine forests. It is also home to the Caretta Caretta turtels.
Oludeniz and Hisaronu is amazing as well. If you want a quite holiday destination, with blue waters and forests, while having a variety of bars, restaurants and clubs, Fethiye is the right destination for you.
