I still think it will go ahead, Lara Beach is pland to be the next big thing, enviromentalist will always try, but money talkes, and jobs come first. Witch way do you think it will go?. The big hotels in the area cant be wrong. The government has said they plan to make it the Miami of Europe. there still in power the last time i looked.

Dunney I hear all the bull**** here all the time!!

Theres going to be a golf course here, a water park there a new airport YADA YADA YADA

1. I have personal experience of taking the turkish govt to court over land issues because they tried to build a school on one of my peices of land. TEN Years .

2. The financial backing for this so called park comes from abroad they will not wait two years before they move on to somewhere where they can make it happen.

3. wether its same govt or not this will go through court system here and then of to the european courts enviromentalist are vigorous on this sort of thing and tenacious too.

I dont want to go down this road, we could go on for ever, Lara is one on the best places to buy in Turkey. anser to your last, it is 20 minutes from Antalya airport, it is near to Belek for golf, it has everting as we speak. I just think it the best place in Turkey to have a second home.

Dunney I sell property in Lara and know all the advantages but when my clients ask about the proposed theme park I explain to them what is happening truthfully. I have always found thatb honesty helps me sell properties.
