Default Buying In Alanya, Turkey

Hi all,
We are thinking of buying in the Ananya area of Turkey. This would be for a Holiday Home and may be rental during high season. Can anyone give me some information about the area? Please let me know if it is a good area to buy or if there some better areas can be considered for buying. Ny information on the subject is highly appreciated.
Bye
Logan

Default Buying In Alanya, Turkey

Hi Logan,
We are at the moment purchasing a apartment in Alanya. Good area, cheap at the moment. Germans are there so must be good. Good road from airport, but takes approx 1.30min or so.
Good weather. We bought from a nice estate agent, unfortunately he does not have a web site as property is selling to quick. If you want his name or email let me know. Does not speak English but has translator.
Keep in touch
Lorenzo

Default Property in Alanya

Alanya is the first holiday resort gaining popularity for its long natural beach 10 years ago. Today Alanya has now grown into a city where traffic problems have started, not to mention how expensive it is to live there (1 euro for 0.5lt water for Turkey is too much). Smaller resorts developing near by will give you more for nature and investment yeild.
