Free Rental Property Listing (Turkey)!

Hi, I am new to the site and would like to say hello to everyone. We've had a property in Dalyan for some time now and havent really had a good time in securing rentals. I was wondering what everyone else thought about the rental marketplace? This year now have about 12 weeks booked, last year about 5 weeks.

I have started a small business with two other property owners aimed at helping fellow property owners achieve as much exposure as possible for their property. If you've have a tough time in securing rental income this past year or so, I would like to about your experiences about what you have found successful in turning things around.
