Question Swop Duplex

Hi

I have to sell my Duplex in Altinkum because my ex wants his share. I have the TAPUs and power of attourney all set up Plus my new husband is Turkish and now having been married 3 years I can get my Turkish citizen card. Will I be able to transfer my TAPU under the restrictions? I am also willing to SWOP with someone who also carnt sell and would like a bigger apartment so I can downsize and buy my ex out. Is there any agents that can help?

Swop is legal in Turkey. The parties have to pay each other the difference amount on the title deed prices.
