what are investors thought about dana island? another palm jumeriah? another marjan island? worth investing?

has anything been launched there yet or what?

Land plots are still exchanging hands, I don't think any projects have been announced yet or licenses granted by Rakeen for building. Land is already changing hands from more than Marjan - 200 aed v 155 -175 respectively. Therefore expect higher launch prices than those currently available on Marjan.

hey,
just saw yuor thread on Al Dana Island. Its actually doing quite well and a few projects have infact been launched like the SRK Boulevard. There are low premium plots available and zero premium plot too right accross from the SRK Boulevard.

Both Marjan and Dana are very ambitious projects and RAKS answer to the Palm Island. I have a few plots in strategic location if anyones interested.
