Default Block G Current Price

Hi,

I've just been offered a 1 bed 4th floor unit in Block G for £141,000 (AED 1011786) for approx 797 sq ft with a sea/pool view.

What I would like to know is whether this seems like a fair price or not? I am pretty new to this so any advice from people who have bought these would be great.

Thanks

Hi there

Yeah this price seems right for Block G.
I have a 1bed penthouse (7th floor) in Block C for about 1200/sqft if you're interested.
