It is not for flipping only but flipping is a good opportunity you have.

Alternatively, you can keep them and anyway you would have bought a good deal, or you can buy few units, flip some and sell some. It's very simple!

A friendly agent has been trying to shove 1BR in La Hoya Bay down my throat and says that 1,000 per sqft direct from developer will be the greatest bargain on earth! I would have thought 1000 would be an average price around DSC or JV and hence find 1000 to be on the higher side for Hoya Bay. Can anyone advise me on this? Will La Hoya be a good flip investment in the short term? Is the developer a good one? Do they have RERA and ESCROW as mandatory in RAK?
